Assist2Sell is a national franchise real estate company which is a full service real estate company that simply

charges a flat fee to sell your home instead of 5-7%. We advertise and market your home or condo as does any

other company but at a much lower cost to you. We can offer you 2 options, 1. let us sell your home and you pay

only the flat fee or 2. we will also put the property on MLS which gives access to all realtors for the flat fee

plus 2.5-3% to the selling agent if from another company, the choice is yours.

                                                                                              $300,000 to 400,000-$4995

                                                                                              $500,000 and above $6,995.

As you can see this is a great savings versus the standard 6% charged by most real estate companies even if we do go with MLS.

Again, we are a full service real estate company that will aggressively market your property and do our very best to make sure your

home or condo is sold as quickly as possible.

Examples: A $300,000 home is sold at 6%, commission is $18,000, under our system the commission is $4,995.00 total if we sell it,

if it goes on MLS and the selling agent is paid 3% the total commission is $13,995.00 saving you a total of $13,005 or $4,005 if listed

under the MLS system.

We also do a comprehensive market analysis to let you know what your home is REALLY worth so you have the greatest chance of

selling your property at the right price. We do all contracts, negotiating for you, bring in buyers, line up all necessary inspections

and do all necessary work to bring your property to a successful closing.
